Notice Regarding Counterfeit EqueStride™ Devices and IPR Infringement.

EqueStride™ hereby issues a formal warning regarding the circulation of unauthorised counterfeit copies of the EqueStride™ device. Any similar device that does not come directly from us at EqueStride™—even if it uses a different brand name—is an illegal copy of the EqueStride™ device. Anyone manufacturing or promoting or offering for sale in any capacity any similar device is breaking the law.

 

How to Get Verification
Check authenticity: If you are in any doubt whatsoever regarding the authenticity of any similar device you have come across online or through other means, or if you see such similar products being offered by someone other than us, please contact us immediately for verification at info@equestride.com or telephone +353 86 8336677.

 

The Legal Consequences

• It is a crime: The manufacture, promotion, distribution or commercial sale of unauthorized counterfeit products is a serious criminal offence.

• We take legal action: We strictly protect our business and IPR. Any individual or entity caught making or selling or promoting unauthorized copies of the EqueStride™ device, even if under a different brand name will face lawsuits for damages, statutory fines, and criminal prosecution in due course.
